Hi Renato, what is the PCB number of your graphics card? You can find the number on the original packaging or on the front/back side of the card. Is the manufacturer Sappihre?

We recommend to use the specially adapted TPV connections. This connections and the tubing are from our enterprise solutions. The connections are optimized for extremly high tensile strenght. It is provided with a locking ring. Of course you can use other connections but the tensile strenght...

Hi there, sorry for my late response but we are having internet connection problems past two days. Yes mate you need to RMA this product. It is the axis of the pump wjich makes that noise. Have you purchased the product directly from us?
