No you can tell them that we have told you that this radiator is not as it should be. It is probably oxidized. It needs to be replaced.

Hi, there is no sight window or any similar possibility to check the fluid level. You need to use the sealed connection on the side of the block to refill the system. Yes you can use distilled water but i would recommend to add some anti corrosion fluid too. Our refill kit makes life much easier...
