Not as if you have choice. If you want get it quicker then possible, try universal gpu blocks. For me, if i'll see official statement, that blocks will certainly be made within year, is sufficient enough. For a few months i can do with undervolt and silent bios. But it would greatly disappoint...

Luck with your particular card sample may differ. Having large rad area also won't do wonders, it will mean that air/water delta will be low even with relatively quiet fans, as one cannot get temps below ambient with LC, so even more powerful fans .. maybe 5C less, then less rads & slow fans...
