Moin, hast du deinen Anpressdruck mal geprüft? WElche Pumpe, radiatoren verwendest du und mit welcher RPM laufen deine Lüfter auf den Radiatoren. Da du ungefähr 700-800W Abwärme im System hast, wirst du mindestens 2x 360mm Radiatoren benötigen für eine ausreichende Kühlleistung.

HI, these parts and some liqiud are enough to expand your AIO. I can´t recommend to shut of one pump, since it would be a high resistance in your system, which the other pump can´t handle. I would recommend to run always both pumps.

HI, From your temperatures I can´t see any problem. Did you check, if the GPU is sitting correctly in your PCI-E Slot? Did you update or installed the driver of your GPU again?
