It depends ... Use of PWM can be useful as in my case where I had to put the GPU rad front and fans on intake, so want to have them run faster when the CPU runs faster to have more airflow in, with no real problem on GPU temp that don't go past 55C It's not possible with BIOS or most software...

Was the previous AIO coolant, Eisbaer and Eiswolf2...thought it was all transparent stuff... Anyway got a problem with my GPU now, had to disassemble the system, will flush it later
