Das kann ich dir nicht beantworten weil ich das ehrlich nicht weiß. Aber running changes sind eher die Regel als die Ausnahme. Sieht man auch auf vielen PCBs bei Grafikkarten. Da werden immer wieder mal Bauteile ausgetauscht und verändert ohne das die Kunden es mitbekommen.

Well, easy... pump is defect. There is nothing more you can check, so please start an RMA. The pump does not respond to the PWM signal and it does not respond to manual control. Then you don't have to think any longer, there is nothing more you can do as an end customer.

Sure, all parts are normal DIY water cooling parts. Easy to change them. But.... you will need to put some water in if you change the cooler.

GDDR6X has much higher temps than GDDR6 (non x). They are fine with up to 110°C. So no problem here. We have also some 3090 cards here for our own using since.... well before the release of cards and they are always working under full load (renderings and things like that). We have no problems.
