Alphacool ES Reservoir 2U - DDC Version + Laing DDC pump 12V DDC 4.2 + Alphacool Laing DDC metal bottom - black nickel

I am trying to utilise this combination however it appears as if the screws that are provided with the Alphacool Laing DDC metal bottom - black nickel to use with the decoupling set are too long. They bottom out in the Alphacool ES Reservoir 2U - DDC Version before the Laing DDC pump 12V DDC 4.2 with Alphacool Laing DDC metal bottom - black nickel is able to seal. The only way to fit this combination together is to use the M4x20mm Screws that come with the Alphacool ES Reservoir 2U - DDC Version and as such will not allow it to use the decoupling mount and has to be fixed with the 4 screws on the top of the Resevoir. Is there a decoupling kit that has shorter screws that will work for this combination?

I have to say that considering this is a support forum for Alphacool its pretty poor that there has not been a reply for this issue for 2 weeks now there has been several threads that have received replies from Alphacool Support that were started after my thread.

I also sent over another query regarding last week regarding fittings to our sales contact and still have not received a reply..

The decoupling set is not compatible with this reservoir. In the shop, the compatibility information is listed below the product description:

That is why it is also not compatible with the decoupling set here.
