information aio watercooling loop

I currently own an
Alphacool Eiswolf 2 AIO 360mm RTX 4090
&
Alphacool Eisbaer Pro Aurora 360 AIO loop.

I want to add a tank with a pump.
I found these two items,
Alphacool Eisbecher D5 250mm Acetal inkl. 1x Alphacool VPP655
&
Alphacool Core 200 Aurora Ausgleichsbehälter Acetal/Acryl mit Apex Pumpe.

My question is the following.
Does adding the reservoir pumps risk damaging the CPU and GPU cooling? can the pipes withstand the pressure?
