I already have the Alphacool Eisblock XPX Aurora Edge - Acryl Black Digital RGB.
It is for an MSI Pro Z790-A WIFI DDR4 mainboard with I7 13700 K.
I read, that to prevent bending of the mainboard and / or cpu, a backplate and / or contact frame should be used.
Regarding backplates I found:

So what is the difference exept from the price?
Regarding contact frame:
If I use a backplate should I still get a contact frame? If yes, is there one in the shop that is compatible with my waterblock and the mentioned backplates?
