So on 04.12.2025 my order arrived and upon unboxing all the items the RGB wire from my flow meter broke off from the PCB the moment I took it out of the box, I sent support ticket a day later and so far I havent got any kind of reply email or even an email acknowledging my ticket is recieved or being processed.
Can someone from support team check what happened?
