Wire for flow meter broken out of the box, no response from support.

So on 04.12.2025 my order arrived and upon unboxing all the items the RGB wire from my flow meter broke off from the PCB the moment I took it out of the box, I sent support ticket a day later and so far I havent got any kind of reply email or even an email acknowledging my ticket is recieved or being processed.
Can someone from support team check what happened?

I’d recommend reaching out through their social media channels if possible—sometimes it gets a faster response.
