The temperature difference between the two radiators are not much really. You would get maybe 1° or 2° degrees (push/pull) better performance with the XT45.
Hi Charles, a 240 mm radiator would be not eonugh to cool both components. Intel has aannounced that the maximum TDP of the CPU is 255 W plus the GPU. Are you planing to use the radiator internal or external? I would recommend to go atleast with a 360 mm radiator.

The pump should be able to run the system but i would recommend to install a reservoir/pump unite between the components.
