Hi, which thermal pads you are using is up to you. The higher the W/mK the more heat can be transferred. Original included are our 1mm Rise Ultra Soft with 7W/mK and for the backplate our 3W/mK Ultra Soft pads. The important part is that the thickness is correct.

HI, the pump should be strong enough for such a loop. With which RPM you want to run the pump is up to. I personally recommend to let pumps run with always 100% RPM

You will always have air in the system, which is normal and needed. When the radiator is the highest point in your system the air should be there, since the radaitor will work as the reservoir in this case.

HI, the HPE radiators are only compatible with fittings, which have a 5mm Thread. I can´t say, how long the thread is on your fittings, so you have to measure them. You can´t use our patented plug screws from our HPE or V2 radiators with the older ones.
