For this you have to contact Aquacomputer themself. As far as I know are they using a original laing/Xylem D5 pump and I can´t say why they are specificating their pump with higher water flow.

Hi, All components such as thermal pads and paste are not electrically conductive. It looks more like you have damaged parts on the GPU itself when installing the water block. This can happen due a ESD or damaging components, bended PCB and much more.

@revolutionz13 It is simple, if you are placing Pads on components, where we don´t planned to place pads, it can be that the cut out on this part is not enough anymore and the components which should have contact with the water block doesn´t have any contact.

The performance is depending on your whole system, fans, room temperature and much more. therefore it not possible to say what you can expect. I have in my private PC also a RTX2080Ti with one 420mm radiator and my CPU is also attached to the radiator and my GPU is running under full load with 55°C.

HI, I am sorry but we don´t offer a AIO, since the RTX30xx Series, with a 240mm radiator anymore. We are only offering them with a 360mm radiator to handle the heat from the GPU. If you want to use a smaller radiator, you have to purchase it separately and replace it by yourself.

HI, if you only want to top, you can simply use distilled water. If you use the Tec Protect 2 I personally am recommending to replace the whole liquid, since it can happen that the two different liquids are reacting with each other.

@revolutionz13 our water block is covering all components which will actually need cooling. We don´t recommend to place thermal pads on other components like the coils, because this can cause that the water block doesn´t have enough pressure and contact with PCB.
