Moinsen, es könnte daran liegen, dass der HDMI/Display Port an deiner GPU vom PCB Absteht. Siehe Foto. Dies kann dafür sorgen, dass die Slotblende Schräg sitzt und dadurch das Schraubenloch nicht nah genug kommt von der Slotblende.

Moinsen, so wie du es beschreibst, scheint die GPU beim Umbau beschädigt worden zu sein. Was du versuchen kannst, wenn keine optischen Schäden am PCB sind, mal inno3D zu kontaktieren zwecks RMA. Dafür musst du aber die GPU auf Originalzustand zurück bauen.
