Eisbaer pump speed good @3000+ RPM ?

It was actually 3186 RPM last I checked. I was worried that a 22% increase may be a bad thing. What would cause it to run that much faster ?

Eisbaer pump speed good @3000+ RPM ?

I believe the pump speed of the Eisbaer is supposed to be 2600RPM. My pump at 100% reads over 3000RPM in fancontrol in Linux and in multiple apps in Windows. Do I need to cut power to slow down to 2600 or below to maintain longevity of pump. Or, is it being read incorrectly by both OS ? It also...

Can someone clear up some G1/4 fitting differences maybe ?

I haven't seen flush fittings, but sounds like what I may wan't for flow indicator. Where I want to mount it, and the way I want to do it the fill port hits my side glass panel. I was thinking about using some standoffs to move panel out enough to clear it. A flush fitting plug would be great...

Is there a 90 degree fitting for Eisbaer pump ?

Well, Hello @Luckystricker Yes, the thread length was the concern. Thank you, finally someone has acknowledged the fact that there can be a difference. I have asked about these stupid fittings in at least a dozen places and all I have gotten was they are the same, g1/4 is g1/4 is g1/4. You have...

Is there a 90 degree fitting for Eisbaer pump ?

See, this is where I run into problems. The fittings that are in my Eisbaer are longer than the fittings in the radiator and longer than G1/4 fittings I purchased thru Modmymods. When I say longer I am talking about the pipe thread, and it is considerably longer and can be seen from a distance...

Can someone clear up some G1/4 fitting differences maybe ?

Why are the fittings on my Eisbaer pump/res different from any other g1/4 fitting ? The threads are about twice as long as g1/4 fittings from radiators. Why is there a gasket in the housing when BSPP threads are supposed to seal with the o-ring. If the unit that I have uses the gaskets to seal...

Is there a 90 degree fitting for Eisbaer pump ?

I have looked everywhere I know to look and find no mention of a G1/4 90 that will fit the Eisbaer pump/res combo. I have noticed that some things say they fit 95% of products. Is the eisbaer the 5% that is not g1/4 thread ?

Which way should AIO flow ?

What kind of temps are you used to with ITX builds ? I ask because I have Coolermaster Q300L which is micro-mini tower and it's hitting 80+ in stress test. I thought it would be better than air cooling but same temps either way. I believe I have plenty of air flow, I'm moving more air now than I...

Which way should AIO flow ?

Thanks. Any insight on which normally works better with fans pushing into or pulling from radiator? Seems like push and don't want to test as it is a bitch to mount mine. I'm in a Cooler Master Q300L which is micro-mini tower with 2 rads and vertical GPU stuffed in it. It is in pieces now for...

Which way should AIO flow ?

I have an Eisbaer 240mm AIO with an additional 120mm radiator added to the loop. The 240 is in front as intake and the 120 is up top as exhaust. Each time I think of which direction to run flow, the time before made more sense. Should I have it flow from pump to 120 first exhausting some heat...

Adding a reservoir to an Eisbaer 240 ?

I think I may have it figured out. I ordered a Eisfluegel G1/4 square flow indicator that has the third port I can use for fill and bleed. Getting it higher than pump/res is simple if I mount it close to side panel and lay PC on its back to fill and bleed. CoolerMaster q300l is designed for...

Adding a reservoir to an Eisbaer 240 ?

Well, if you don't see a simple solution I am going to say there isn't one. You would know better than me, this is my first build so I'm learning as I go. Now to decide whether to take it all apart to cut or put a shop-vac hose next to cut and aim the sparks down the hose. Thanks for the info...

Adding a reservoir to an Eisbaer 240 ?

It may be difficult to get higher, unless it's really small res. From this view can you see a simple solution for filling and bleeding ? It is hard to see but the fan above the pump is closer to you than pump, it's not directly over it. If I cut a hole in the case to view the window I could...

Adding a reservoir to an Eisbaer 240 ?

I would like to know if an additional res will work with the pump/res combo of an Eisbaer. I have added a 120mm rad and replaced tubing with clear tubes and Eiswasser crystal red coolant. I am having issues with bleeding the air out of the system as it would be complicated to fill and purge out...
