Already ordered and paid for, but I am wondering if you did any performance testing? Particularly keen to hear of VRAM junction temps on a 3090 at full load (mining). Really hope I can unlock the full potential of my very expensive card!

We checked our cooler on 3090 cards long before Nvidia made the release, also some board partners have checked it.

Makes no sense. A 3080 with ~350W.... with OC over 400W and more with only a 240mm radiator? We can do it, with some enterprise fans with over 4000rpm. Otherwise the cooling performance will be a problem.

can you feedback on how its impacted your thermals?

Yup no problem, will post back when I have a chance to play with it properly. I will have it tomorrow after paying the suprise £54 import charges, thanks brexit lol. This is what I get for not waiting for it to be available from a UK retailer but there you go :)

Yeh direct, came really quick though but not a cheap experience. I also saw it on Aquatuning but after I bought it... although their site and Alphacools site are near identical so I assumed they are one in the same company? Haven’t looked into it tbh but the aquatuning price is about £70-80 less than I paid in total ?

still good value vs. custom loop. I hope the performance matches your expectations. Really interested to hear. Are you using the 3080 or 3090 Zotac? I considering this for a 3080 Palit gaming OC.

@Jassem.m hey, yes, there will be a cooler for it. However, we don't have a release date yet. I assume that it could be in July. (Information without guarantee! ;-) )

Yeh I used to run custom loops years ago but in honesty I can't be arsed anymore, my CPU AIO is brilliant so hoping for the same here (minus the lack of rear DIMM active cooling). I have a 3090 Zotac, with probably the worst cooler ive ever had in recent years attached to it.

For your 3080 this will be perfect as you dont need to worry about the extra DIMM's on the rear of the card that this doesn’t cover (other than a passive backplate), im still expecting much better clocks than im currently running though. I've flashed mine with the Giga OC bios undervolted @ 850mV to get a 100% stable 1830mhz which still gives me great performance, surpassing lots of other cards with better coolers, im just not happy about how loud and hot the core can get at times, so im hoping along with resolving that I can get abit more performance from it. Ill remove the undervolt and just let it boost away and see where it is with the lower temps to start with. The biggest issue ill have is actually fitting the rad in my case as its not rated to actually fit 2 x 360mm rads, but im sure ill make it work.. somehow.

Ill post back tomorrow assuming I get the time to fit it later tonight :)

So I installed this last night, had a slight issue in that I can fit the rad in my case with the other 360 but with only 2 fans... I do however also have 2 x 140mm fans blowing air directly at it but still not ideal. Anyway, like for like GPU clocks and voltages im seeing around 20-25c lower core temps and 7-8c lower memory, remember that my 3090 has memory on the rear so that highest temp will be coming from the passively cooled backplate, which is still clearly doing a better job than the Zotac one.

Im happy with it, would be better if I could hook up 3 fans but I physically don’t have the space, the install was very easy I just took my time to avoid any silly mistakes.

@eNkel there will also be a version for Ventus 3080! But here, too, it's the same as before. We don't have a release date yet. Hopefully/probably in July. Is that enough hope for you for now? ;-)

It bloody is! Thank you. :)
Since one of the three fans on the original fansink of my Ventus makes a weird broken sound and I'm too scared for making a closed loop for myself, the AIO solution can't come soon enough. Will probably come sooner than the spare fansink I ordered 3 weeks ago at IPC-Computer.de ...
