Sure you can combine the Eisbaer with the GPU block. The pump is powerfull enough to run a custom loop easily. Which post of you should i check?

We are trying to bring the new Eiswolf end of March to the market but our factory is closed at the moment due the Corona virus in China. No one knows how long this delay will efect the production...

Hey dude, this sounds pretty much to air in the system. There are a lot of tutorial videos at YouTube how to remove or bleed the air out of an AIO system. You can shoot also an email to info@alphacool.com regarding this issue.

Well if you want my honest opinion i would say is critical. The Eisbaer has only a 30mm thick radiator. If you have the budget i would recommend to go for a custom loop.

Have you tried? How do you know that it performs bad?
