Patience because you don't really have possibilities (FillPorts) to fill up the loop. The best possible variant is to order the Alphacool Eisstation DC80 - AIO Power Unit additionally. This can be easily integrated with the help of the quick-release fasteners and enables you to fill it easily...
Can you send pictures of your setup?
It is quite possible that the pump is causing the problem. Unfortunately, I have to ask you again to contact our support team by email (info@alphacool.com). There is no other possibility if it is actually a failure of the pump.

I still recommend:
- 1x coolant (Apex Liquid ECO 1000ml clear, Alphacool Tec Protect 2 Clear 1000ml)
- 1x connectors as a replacement in case the tube path does not fit (Alphacool HF compression Fitting TPV - 12,7/7,6mm Straight)

Hi. It could be that the thermal pads do not have sufficient contact with the components, V-Rams etc. This can lead to the high temperatures. Can you send us pictures of your PCB with pads (front and rear) so we can check the marks on the pads? It is possible that your board is affected by...

Simply remove the quick coupling, adjust the tube to the required length and connect the tube to the 2nd radiator with the appropriate fittings.
