If you’ve already contacted support, they will take care of it. I would have referred you to support here as well. Because you can’t really do anything wrong when using the bracket. And what can be seen in the pictures definitely doesn’t look right.

Der Kühler ist End of Live und auch schon länger ausverkauft. Der wird nicht mehr bei uns erhältlich sein, tut mir leid. Ich bezweifle, dass du den Kühler noch bei Resellern finden wirst, dazu ist er auch schon zu lange EOL.
